Return & Refund Policy

At Exclusive Products, we want you to be completely satisfied with your eyewear. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your items for a refund or exchange. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In the original packaging (including the protective case, cleaning cloth, and any tags).
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at sales@exclusiveproducts.co.za with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Approval: We will provide you with a return authorization and the return shipping address.
  3. Shipping: Pack the items securely. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Return Method

Returns must be sent by post/courier to our designated return address. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same model, please contact us at sales@exclusiveproducts.co.za.

7. Restocking Fees

We do not charge a restocking fee for returned items.
